Air · The exhale

Work
With Me

You know enough. You've read the books, done the work, talked to the people. And still — something isn't landing. That's not a knowledge deficit. That's disorientation. And that's exactly what this work is for.

The approach

Not therapy. Not coaching with a checklist.

Most people don't have an information problem. They have an orientation problem. Something is off — and no amount of more content, more frameworks, or more conversations is going to fix it. What's needed is to see clearly: what's actually happening, what architecture is producing it, and what's actually true right now.

The work asks "What is producing this outcome?" rather than "How do we fix this outcome?" That distinction is everything.

For acute moments

For overwhelm, dysregulation, the feeling that something has gone sideways and you can't find the thread. Nervous-system grounding, emotional stabilization, identity orientation. You leave with your feet back on the ground and one clear next step.

  • Nervous system grounding & stabilization
  • Emotional orientation — separate what's real from what's story
  • Reclaim projected life force
  • One clear, honest next move

For threshold moments

For misorientation at a threshold — a transition, a decision, a recurring pattern you can't see your way through. You arrive spinning. You leave with the exhale you didn't know you were holding: grounded, clear, back in your knowing.

  • Separate what's actually happening from the story
  • Identify the pattern underneath — clearly enough to loosen its grip
  • Find your way back to your own knowing
  • Locate what's true right now, and what to do from there

  • Significant life or identity transitions
  • Business creation from aligned foundations
  • Deep recalibration & integration

Real questions

What people ask before they begin.

Is this therapy?

No — and it's a different tool, not a lesser one. Therapy works within a clinical frame of diagnosis and treatment. This work is orientation: seeing what's actually happening, what's producing it, and what's true right now. Many people do both. Sessions are confidential and not medical treatment.

What's the difference between a spiritual coach and a therapist?

A therapist diagnoses and treats within a licensed clinical frame. This work is non-clinical: full presence, pattern recognition, and reorientation to your own knowing. Spiritual and grounded at once — anchored in the body and in what's actually true, never floating off into abstraction.

What is a nervous-system reset session?

Return to Center — 75–90 minutes for acute moments: overwhelm, dysregulation, the feeling that something has gone sideways and you can't find the thread. Nervous-system grounding, emotional stabilization, and one clear next step. You leave with your feet back on the ground.

How much does a session cost?

Return to Center is $175 (75–90 minutes). The Recalibration is $222 (75 minutes). Mentorship — a private container held over time — is by application, with the investment discussed personally.

How many sessions will I need?

One session is complete on its own — you leave with something real. Some people return at thresholds; some move into the private container. You stay sovereign in that choice — the work builds self-trust, never dependence.

Do we meet in person or online?

Online — Zoom or audio — from anywhere in the world. Jaz is based at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. The work travels well because it lives in presence and attention, not in a room.

The practice is not perfection.
The practice is observation.

Come as you are. That's enough to begin.
