Talk about creator’s block! Thanks for sticking with me as my 3D (third dimensional) self catches up with my higher self. This period of integration I’ve experienced is such a crucial part of the self-love, healing, and awakening journey. It’s been a time of continual expansion and contraction, deepening my understanding of myself and my purpose on a level far beyond what meets the eye—something I’m sure many of you can relate to in your own unique and very personal way.
I’ve had the immense pleasure of working with and knowing many of you. Others of you may be here because you’ve followed my healing journey over the years, or perhaps you just stumbled upon this space. Whatever brought you here, it’s no coincidence, and I’m thrilled that you’re here!

I’ve dedicated this life to my healing process ever since I first reconnected with my true self through the profound impact of deep trauma work—an experience that completely shifted how I showed up for life. That pivotal moment set me on a new life trajectory, one filled with a greater sense of purpose as I began to taste inner freedom as my outer world transformed, mirroring my inner growth with new experiences, people, and life circumstances.
My mission then became unlocking and working with energy systems to regain connection to my internal guiding system. Since then, I haven’t stopped diving into doing the inner work required to break down the barriers that keep me from taking necessary risks in life to grow and block the flow of love—both in giving and receiving.
What I’ve come to learn is that deprograming and facing fear or rather, learning that fear is the absence of love, and then infusing life with this new found energy is a process that can be fun and terrifying. Paralyzing you in a way that only fear can evoke. This self-love/awakening/healing journey, call it what feels best, is fun in a radical self illuminating way. Fun in a way that one gets to know their higher Self, in body & through experience of course, so that the shackles of heaviness brought on by a lifetime of conditioning (and life) can be released with a new found inner resource, that only you have the key for.
My reason for continuing this journey of reconnection i.e. healing journey is to love myself and those around me so deeply very few things can knock me from my center or pull me out of my heart for very long so that I can be of service to myself and humanity. There’s another reason why I continue my journey of transformation, trusting in the part of me that I know is always guiding me, and that’s you my dear reader — to inspire and help guide (and expedite) your journey of transformation.
You see the majority of this world, including myself, has been taught to listen with our eyes and trust other people and things in knowing what’s right and best for us. We aren’t taught how to heal or think for ourselves or march to the beat of our own hearts.
This is what Revival of the Heart container is about: To share the the ups and downs, twists and turns of my awakening journey—also known as the journey to self-love. Most importantly, it’s about sharing what I’ve learned that has helped propel me upward and inwards to experiencing (on a more and more continual basis) an unwavering trust in all that life has in store, yes even the icky parts at times ‘disastrous’ moments.
Revival of the ❤️ was created to share some of the lessons my soul has experienced in the hopes of offering fresh hope and insight on your own spiritual journey. At Revival of the Heart, my intention is to cover a range of topics, from the spiritual and esoteric to practical ways of implementing spiritual practices that can shift your reality. Here’s a little of what you can expect:
Each of us are our essentially our own greatest teacher, this is true, and whether you’ve come to know this on a cellular level of your being or your on the way to, it’s important to innerstand that what we seek we already have the keys to, it’s just a matter of time till they appear. Everything is designed so immaculately to assist each one of us in excavating what needs to be released.
There is immense growth and strides to be made during this pivotal time of transformation within one’s internal being, and on the planet. Whether you’ve realized this on a cellular level or are on the way to understanding it—it’s important to know that what you seek is already within you—it’s just a matter of time until you unlock this is the game of healing and coming back to life- to participate in it and CREATE.
Healing, at its essence, is a revival of the heart. As the heart begins to awaken through inner work, the world begins to reflect back the potential for living in an entirely new way. As my heart comes more fully online, I experience new levels of happiness, trust, compassion, and love, along with more meaningful relationships and life synchronicities. I am able to go through “darker” times with more presence and navigate my way through them with more ease and grace.
